Melanie Rockenhaus
ELT professional for more than 25 years, Melanie Rockenhaus is currently English Language Expert at the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa. She has taught nearly every type of ESOL learner, with a special emphasis on adults, and trained colleagues. Presently, she is teaching general and academic English, presentations, films and listening and speaking courses to undergraduate and graduate university students. She encourages teachers to improve their classroom experience by developing the constant habits of reflecting on their practice, providing neutral feedback and modeling an atmosphere of trust in the classroom. These habits increase both teacher and learner satisfaction and achievements.
